This idea born in December of 2007, when I remember the travel of the last summer. In the last travel had not been to travel across Peru, because I not had many time but in the summer of 2008 would have the time.
I don't remember exactly date of the stared the travel, but I think it was on thursday.
I traveled in truck from Santiago to Antofagasta with my uncle and this was very very fun because I could see the big Atacama Desert without distraction. I remember we stopped a nigth in Chañaral to take a few beer, but no many.
Well, I traveled in bus from Antofagasta to Arica. When I arrived to Arica I had a lot of doubts because I was alone and in Peru was domestics problems(strikes, road cut, etc.). However I decided to cross the border and travel to Machu Pichu.
Firstly I arrived to Tacna and inmediately I took a bus to Arequipa. In this city I met with a friend(Altazor)... but I'd rather not talk about it.. hahaha.. ti's crazy...After this trip to travel to Cuzco.... In this city I to meet a lot of chilean people... and went to many parties.... Ufff... This was very entertaining.
A few days later I went to Machu Pichu... and for this many hours walking througt for the jungle... Machu Pichu is awesome..!!!!
Finally I Arrived to Titi Caca Lake in Bolivia and, day later I was in La Paz.....
return to Santiago with many experiences and stories to tell ...

Peru is a very nice country, I agree with you. Now, don't you think Peruvian drivers are crazy??
